Reset Terms & Conditions

Refund & 4-Week Results Guarantee Policy

The Reset is a structured 4-week digital program that includes a 21-day detox phase followed by a guided reintroduction phase.

Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final unless eligibility requirements for the 4-Week Results Guarantee are met.

4-Week Results Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under the 4-Week Results Guarantee, the participant must:

Complete the full 21-day detox phase of the program in sequential order and in accordance with all outlined instructions.
Watch and complete all required modules in sequential order.
Follow the structured food framework, including required daily animal-protein intake as directed. By enrolling, the participant affirms that they consume animal protein and agree to follow the animal-protein-based framework during the Reset.
Refrain from material deviations from the outlined protocol, including but not limited to repeated off-plan substitutions, omission of required protein intake, excessive consumption of non-approved foods, or failure to follow module sequencing.
Reach out for guidance via email and/or inside the private community at least twice during the 21-day detox phase if challenges arise.
Submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of completing Day 21.

Proof of participation may be required, including but not limited to:
• Completed journal entries
• Food tracking records
• Community participation history
• Module completion confirmation

The 4-Week Results Guarantee does not apply in cases where unmanaged medical conditions, newly diagnosed conditions, medication changes, or physician-directed dietary restrictions materially impact metabolic or inflammatory outcomes during the 21-day detox phase.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be honored under any circumstances.

The program is specifically designed around animal-protein-based nutrition and is not structured for vegetarian or vegan dietary frameworks. Participants who do not follow the protein requirements are not eligible for a refund.

Results vary based on individual biology, compliance, underlying medical conditions, medication use, and lifestyle factors. No specific medical or weight-loss outcomes are guaranteed.

Program Eligibility

The Inflammation Reset is specifically designed around an animal-protein-based nutritional framework. This program is not structured for vegetarian or vegan dietary approaches. Participants who choose not to follow the animal-protein requirements are not eligible for a refund under the 4-Week Results Guarantee.

Determination of compliance shall be made at the sole discretion of Rising Roots Nutrition.

By enrolling in the program, you agree to contact Rising Roots Nutrition directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

Program Compliance & Participation Requirements

Non-Transferability & Account Access Policy

Enrollment in the Reset program is granted to the individual purchaser only. Program access is non-transferable.

Participants may not share login credentials, distribute program materials, reproduce course content, or allow access to any third party.

Any unauthorized sharing, copying, screen-recording, distribution, or resale of program content will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Monthly payment plan policy

If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly payments regardless of your activity in Reset program. Access to any bonuses, community groups, and future updates will remain suspended until the account is brought into good standing.

Declined payment policy

As a client in the Reset program, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to bring your account into good standing may result in denied access to your content hub and coaching.

1:1 call cancellation, reschedule, and no-show policy

The reset program requires a one-business-day notice to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 coaching session. We understand that emergencies occur and will be treated on a case by case basis. If you have a 1:1 coaching session scheduled and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will have one opportunity to reschedule. If you do not show up for that rescheduled session you will forfeit the session and will not be able to rebook it.
